Designer. Mover. Collaborator.
Danny Rivera (he/him/his) is an experimental and environmental designer, mover, collaborator, and writer. He most recently directed, the weight of clouds, an archival work for a theoretical immersive movement installation. Danny was also the 2019 co-director with the Harvard-Radcliffe Modern Dance Company where he choreographed and performed in several original works. In 2019, he was a Production Intern at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, where he excelled in theater tech and management. Danny graduated in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree concentrating in Theater, Dance, and Media at Harvard University. Currently, Danny is a Teaching Assistant for TDM at Harvard University for the courses Harvard Dance Project (Spring 2021) and Transformative Design (Fall 2020).
